Customer: the party which Voyae has entered into an agreement with.
Parties: Voyae and customer together.
Consumer: a customer who is an individual acting for private purposes.
Applicability
These terms and conditions will apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements and deliveries of products by or on behalf of Voyae. Parties can only deviate from these conditions if they have explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Updates
As our Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, we ask you to accept them every time you shop with us. If you experience any problems with your order on our webshop or the general use of our website, please contact info@voyaecollection.com.
Prices
All prices used by Voyae are in euros, are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other costs such travel-, shipping- or transport expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise. Voyae is entitled to adjust all prices for its products on its website at any time.
Payment
Payment may be made using the methods indicated on the website and must be made before the product has been delivered. The customer is obliged to notify Voyae immediately regarding any errors in the payment details that the customer has provided to Voyae.
Right of withdrawal
1. A consumer may cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that:
- the product has not been used, not been damaged and with the original Voyae packaging and with the original (price) tags/labels still attached to it
- the product is not specially tailored for the consumer or adapted to its special needs
- the consumer has not renounced his right of withdrawal
2. The cooling-off period of 30 days as referred to in paragraph 1 commences:
- on the day after the consumer has received the last product or part of 1 order
3. If the consumer wants to exchange a product for a different size or item, kindly make a new order through our webshop. For returns, please follow these steps:
If the bag has not been used, not been damaged and with the original Voyae packaging and with the original (price) tags/labels still attached to it, provided it meets our return conditions. First, register your return in our return portal via the button below:
Step 1: Log in
Log into the return portal using your email address and order number. Please note, add a # before the order number.
Step 2: Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason.
Step 3: Pack your order and arrange a return label with your preferred carrier, then attach it to your package.
Please note, the return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will only accept returns if the packaging of the product and the product itself are undamaged. Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that we are not responsible for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for proof of shipping when sending.
4. The consumer is obliged to return the product to Voyae within 14 days after the notification of his right of withdrawal, after which period his right of withdrawal will lapse.
Reimbursement of return costs
If the consumer invokes his right of withdrawal and returns the entire order on time, the costs for returning the complete order will be borne by the consumer.
Right of retention
- Voyae can appeal to his right of retention of title and in that case retain the products sold by Voyae to the customer until the customer has paid all outstanding invoices with regard to Voyae, unless the customer has provided sufficient security for these payments.
- The right of retention of title also applies on the basis of previous agreements from which the customer still owes payments to Voyae.
- Voyae is never liable for any damage that the customer may suffer as a result of using his right of retention of title.
Delivery
1. Delivery takes place while stocks last.
2. Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address indicated by the customer.
3. If the agreed price is not paid on time, Voyae has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed price is fully paid.
4. In the event of late payment, the customer is automatically in default, and hereby he cannot object to late delivery by Voyae.
Delivery period
1. Any delivery period specified by Voyae is indicative and does not give the customer the right to dissolution or compensation if this period is not met with, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. The delivery starts once the customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and received an (electronic) confirmation of his order from Voyae.
3. Exceeding the specified delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to terminate the contract, unless Voyae cannot deliver within 14 days after the customer has urged him to do so in writing or if the parties have agreed upon otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. Voyae cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country. For further information about local duties, please contact your country’s local customs office.
Packaging and shipping
1. If the package of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have a note drawn up by the forwarder or delivery person before receiving the product. In the absence of which Voyae may not be held liable for any damage.
2. If the customer himself takes care of the transport of a product, he must report any visible damage to products or the packaging prior to the transport to Voyae, failing which Voyae cannot be held liable for any damage.
Complaints
1. The customer must examine a product provided by Voyae as soon as possible for possible shortcomings.
2. If a delivered product does not comply with what the customer could reasonably expect from the agreement, the customer must inform Voyae of this as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after the discovery of the shortcomings.
3. The customer gives a detailed description as possible of the shortcomings, so that Voyae is able to respond adequately.
4. The customer must demonstrate that the complaint relates to an agreement between the parties.
If the customer encounters any issues, such as a complaint, a missing delivery, a received faulty item, or an incorrect delivery, please reach out to us promptly at info@voyaecollection.com. Be sure to include your order number, provide a detailed description of the issue, and attach images of the claim in your email. It's important to note that defects resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for claims. However, in all complaint cases, proof of purchase is essential and should include the original invoice or purchase receipt.
Liability of Voyae
1. Voyae is not liable for any damage, it is only liable for direct damages that results from or is related to the execution of an agreement.
2. All images, photos, colors, drawings, descriptions on the website or in a catalog are only indicative and are only approximate and cannot lead to any compensation and/or (partial) dissolution of the agreement and/or suspension of any obligation.
Product care and warranty
To maintain the quality and longevity of your BCN bag, regularly clean the vegan leather components with a soft, dry cloth. For optimal care, avoid contact with darker-colored materials, mud, grease, dirt, rough surfaces, steam devices, and rain. Keep your bag away from extreme sunlight and high humidity, as these conditions can damage the materials over time. Extra care is needed for bags made from linen, canvas, and suede. Always store your bag in its dust bag when not in use to protect it from dust and dirt. To help maintain the shape of the bag, consider adding some padding. The BCN bag is handmade from vegan leather and other sustainable materials. Each fabric is unique, so slight color variations and natural features such as vein marks may appear. Bubbles, folds, or wrinkles may also form with use, as these are normal characteristics of the materials.
We’ve carefully selected strong and durable zippers, ensuring that they last as long as possible for frequent use. However, avoid overloading your bag with heavy items to prevent strain. We offer a one-year warranty on zippers in the event of any defects. The hardware is designed to maintain its color and clarity when handled with proper care. Avoid any contact with liquids or abrasive surfaces, as we cannot accept complaints regarding the loss of color or damage to the hardware. Please also take care when using the back pocket over a suitcase handle, as this can place extra strain on the bag. Our bags are designed for fashionable and functional everyday use. However, Voyae is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, rough handling, misuse, or accidents (e.g., dropping, bending, scraping etc.). Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if the bag becomes misshapen due to overloading or other improper use.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms & Conditions, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.
Changes in the general terms and conditions
1. Voyae is entitled to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions.
2. Changes of minor importance can be made at any time.
3. Major changes in content will be discussed by Voyae with the customer in advance as much as possible.
Transfer of rights
Voyae retains the right to transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to third parties. The quality of service you receive will remain unaffected by the assignment. Voyae will inform you of any potential assignment. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you provide your consent to any such future assignment. Simultaneously, you agree that once we have provided you with notification of the assignment, your rights may only be enforced against the specific third party involved.
