The changeable edit - with Silver de Rooij

Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Silver, I'm 17 years old and I'm currently studying Fashion Design at Aventus in Zutphen. And I've just kicked off my internship this week. 

What inspired you to start with your study Fashion Design?
I literally and figuratively grew up in a clothing store. First my grandmother's, and now my mother's store. I was truly born into a fashion family. Being surrounded by fashion during my childhood naturally sparked my own interest, and by the age of 11, I already knew I wanted to study something with fashion. 

How changeable is your life?
I’ve done many internships at different places, starting back in high school, so I’ve been in a lot of different work environments. I currently live in Groenlo, so I often travel for work, internships and to meet friends in other cities.

How would you describe your style? And has it changed over the years?
Vibrant, colorful, and never boring. Over the years, it has definitely changed. Especially during my teenage years when I followed what everyone else was doing and my outfits weren't always perfect. Now, I definitely have a set style, which is not very standard anymore.  

What’s always in your Voyae bag?
My laptop, my design notebook, wallet, perfume, concealer (#chronicundereyes), and some crackers just in case.
